The Peerless Aftercooler is designed to efficiently cool and clean compressed air. It features a large heat exchanger that delivers superior cooling performance, reducing air temperature for optimal efficiency. This unit is equipped with a dual filtration system, including a cyclonic filter that removes 80-90% of moisture and a particle filter to capture oil, dirt, and other contaminants.
A water separator tank with a manual drain allows for easy removal of moisture, ensuring clean, dry air. The rugged frame is built for mounting on trailers, and comes standard with heavy-duty caster wheels providing convenient portability. Available in 12V or 24V options, the aftercooler drives a large fan across the heat exchanger for optimal cooling.
This robust solution is perfect for industries that rely on high-quality compressed air, offering both performance and durability in a compact, portable package.
The PAC185-12V model is designed for the P125D & P185D and the P420D-24V is designed for the P250D & P420D.
